In their poster presented at the Society of Advanced Wound Care, more commonly referred to as SAWC, five edematous patients, between 69-84 years of age were managed with products that included EdemaWear. The patients were evaluated over 34-63 days.

The poster authors Denise Gilmore and Kristina Fawcett are specialists working at a community wound and hyperbaric oxygen clinic located in Glendale, a suburb of Phoenix, Arizona. The clinic is a multidisciplinary group that includes a physician group in internal medicine, podiatrist specializing in wound care and a plastic surgeon. Their typical patients include venous/arterial/mixed vascular disease, diabetic foot ulcers and pressure ulcers.
